Steam some baby potatoes and broccolis, sprinkle on some fresh herbs and a dash of pepper. Serve with side Edamame and Japanese sushi roll [egg & cucumber]. There goes a delicious & healthy meal. Just came back from a short weekend trip tp Singapore, tried amazing coffee and vegetarian food, attended fancy exhibitions, saw fake snow, sang along Christmas carols and all I can say is that I'm fully recharged. Christmas in Singapore was a great one and we can't wait to share our experience. Bring on the week people!
