In a previous Inspirational Monday post months back, we shared one of our meal as a vegetarian. Thank you for the sweet responses so this is what we had for dinner yesterday.
Vegetable curry with right amount of spiciness, 2 spoonfuls of baked beans with crispy garlic flakes (so darn spicy!!) and some rice. Not just normal rice, but aromatic and slender Basmati rice. With Cantonese roots deep down, savoury food is what we prefer. Love the well balanced flavor and unexpected 'kick' from the garlic. Yes kick. That's how Malaysians describe something bomb-diggity!!
